Welcome to the Bunker Cafe: Family Center!
We believe a strong partnership between school, family, and community is vital to a child's success. Our center is dedicated to fostering these connections by providing resources, support, and opportunities for collaboration. We're here to empower parents and community members to become active participants in their children's education.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where families feel valued and connected. We aim to:
- Strengthen the home-school connection by facilitating communication and mutual understanding.
- Empower parents with the tools and knowledge needed to support their child's academic and social-emotional growth.
- Bridge the gap between school and the community, creating a network of support for our students and their families.
What We Offer
The center offers a variety of services and programs designed to meet the unique needs of our school community. These include:
- Parent workshops on topics such as literacy development, homework help, and navigating school systems, including how to use Infinite Campus for Parents.
- English for Adults on-line classes to help parents and family members improve their English language skills.
